Charlise and the Snickerdoodle

Charlise and the Snickerdoodle is an amazing story about a young girl named Charlise who is given a new sweet treat, which is a Snickerdoodle cookie. Charlise is so excited and wants to share the name of her new sweet treat with her family in hopes of getting more, but finds herself having difficulty pronouncing Snickerdoodle. With the help of her big sister, Kimberly, Charlise learns how to pronounce Snickerdoodle in a fun and exciting way that exercises her brain and body.

Tiffany N. Johnson-Largent, Ph.D., RDN, LD, also known as Dr. Tiff, is a wife, mother and registered dietitian/nutritionist. Dr. Tiff is a native Washingtonian and has worked as a community nutritionist in Washington, DC and taught Introduction to Nutrition as an adjunct nutrition instructor at a local community college for over 10 years. Dr. Tiff completed some of her undergraduate courses at the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, D.C., earned her undergraduate degree from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland and completed her dietetic courses and graduate degrees from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Tiff has always had a passion and love of food as a young child and recently found another passion which is writing adventurous childrens books about food and nutrition.
