Havilah (Diane) Iapalucci is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Iapalucci of Glendora, New Jersey. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and served in the Peace Corps in Afghanistan. She also served Ambassador John Volpe as Supervisor of his household and Congressman Burt Talcott as Legislative Aide.
Ms. Iapalucci has taught English as a Second Language in Washington, D.C., New York City, New Jersey, Afghanistan, Korea, and China. Her students have come from many nationsmost recently in the city of Cheongju, South Korea. Her travels have taken her from the U.S., Europe, and Asia to a variety of countries.
