Action, adventure, suspense—Envious has it all. You will not be able to put this book down. Envious is a book that has a bit of each and every one of us in it. The protagonist is Joe, a young man who struggles with wanting to be more in life. He has not quite found his own path, and he tries to be more than he is and finds himself getting involved in illegal activities.

Amber, Joe’s girlfriend, starts to question all that is going on with their relationship and the people with whom Joe is involved. Joe and his best friend, Matt, go on an adventurous motorcycle ride that tragically affects all involved. With all of life’s pressures, Joe comes to find that not being yourself, getting recognition for the wrong things, and being involved with the mob is a price he will have to pay in more ways than one.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Born and raised in a suburb of Illinois, Andy Kuglin had a fairly happy childhood. As an adult, he wanted more in life and struggled to find that light at the end of a very dark tunnel. One person truly believed in him and gave rise to a gift he never knew he had, of writing songs and books.

If there is one thing in life a person can learn, it is that a dream is our self-worth. We all have things in life that hold us back, but by not taking a chance on a dream, you will always be haunted by the thoughts of What if? That one chance could give you flight to soar above the clouds, where the possibilities are endless.
