Private Pain
by Lillian Biango-Mends

The experiences we acquire as we travel on the continuum of life are to be used as testimonies to help others travel the crossroads in their lives. Therefore, they must be shared. This entry strives to highlight some of the obstacles and problems we encounter, positive or negativehow they can make or break us, how we look at them, how they can lead to sufferingand offer helpful spiritual tips on preventing or dealing with private pain. It is my prayer that, as you read, regardless of your age or stage of life, you or someone that you know may derive comfort and healing.
