I am a retired nurse, and I suddenly became aware that people are busy hating each other for no reason. Poor white people are angry. Poor black people believe the poor white people have been told they are superior to blacks because of the color of their skin. When they see a black person progressing by driving by in his new car, they cannot understand why. If he is superior, where is his new car? Black people who have lighter skin have also been known to think the same about black people with darker skin. The rich only worry about keeping their money, and the old people only worry about keeping their social security.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I am old and am writing for older people. The ball is in our court now. Say what you think. It will clear your head, and you can die happy. The president of my senior club was very angry with me when I approached this subject. She said I was trying to make those old plantation keepers important. My grandson Chris agreed with her. He said, “Grandmother, drop it.” You can see I did not.

How do publishers feel? Am I wrong? People have got to stop lying. As Christians, we learn to love. It’s time to wake up and respect everyone.
