Frances Abrams Pinkins was born in Sparta, Georgia and has lived in Atlanta and Decatur, Georgia for 55 years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Spanish-Secondary Education minor. She retired from AT&T in 2008 after thirty years of service.
Frances is a member of Hills Of Help OutReach Ministries in Decatur, GA and now volunteers her services as secretary to the Pastor of her church with generating multiple letters and other creative documents. In this book she hopes to provide the reader guidance on how to write letters that properly express the churchs intention.(2012, paperback, 30 pages)
