Where the Balloons Go
by Richard D. Croissant
A young man named Tommy gets tangled up in a bunch of helium balloons at a parade and is carried away by the balloons. He eventually lands in a small valley in the mountains, which is where all loose balloons end up when they get loose. An old man who lives in the valley helps Tommy get back home again.About the Author
