Wolfman Dave by David Earl Mize
This story is a blend of action, horror, and adventure. David Strongwaters began life as a young boy sent to live with his Aunt Lillian. Hes desperate for a friend, and one day he encountered a huge animal with dark reddish skin color that was able to jump a ten-foot tall brick fence. When Dave saw the wolf, he smiled and called the wolf friend. The wolf licked his face and the boy hugged the animals neck. It was as if they had known each other for a long time, and on that day, they became as one. The red wolf would visit Dave at least once a week at dawn.
Dave had a hard time at school with his classmates and teachers. Everyone called him half breed and made fun of his long hair. Twice when his Aunt Lillian and his mother were not around, his stepfather tried to sexually abuse him. As a way to escape his problems, he was taught to box by his Aunts boyfriend, Jose, and his Uncle Noah. He trained hard and had a successful career as a teenage light/middle weight.
While a teenager, he killed his first victim and had an unquenchable appetite for raw meat. Kicked out of his home, he joined the Army and became an Airborne Ranger/Special Forces and experienced a lifetime of conflict and challenges from there. If you like action, horror, and sex, you are going to love this story. You wont be able to put it down.About the Author
The author was born in Abilene, Texas, and raised in South Mexico. He is a bilingual American (English/Spanish) who also speaks two native languages of the South, Zapoteco, and Mixteco.
As a teenager, he boxed with a record of 24 and 4. He attended the University of Mexico for two years and studied psychology. He was accepted into the National Security Academy and served as a protection officer to one of the Presidents of Mexico. He received tactical training with knife and small weapons and survival training.
He has worked as a guide, tracker, interpreter, and hand-to-hand combat instructor for different governments throughout Central and South America.
He now resides in San Antonio, Texas, and works as a Security Officer, Certified III and IV levels.(2012, paperback, 348 pages)
