The authors experience with gangs, drug addicts, alcoholics and spending 18 and a half years of his life locked-up prompted him to write this book. He hopes readers learn to have an open mind and not be judgmental towards others. He hopes it will deter young adults away from gangs and drugs.
About the Author:
Noel J. Kennedy was born on March 5, 1968 in Los Angeles, California. He attended 20th Street Elementary School, and Metropolitan High School. He graduated from high school in 1988. He attended Los Angeles Trade Technical College in Los Angeles and received his Associate Arts Degree in Child Development in June 2004.
Kennedy enjoys spending time with his two sons, family and friends. He loves to write, read and help youth and adults correct their lives. He is an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous and Cocaine Anonymous.
