Edna B. Domingo, PhD, MSN, RN, earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing (Ph.D.) from University of San Diego, California. She retired as a professor in nursing at California States University. After retiring from CSU, she taught at Azusa Pacific University as Assistant Professor. At present, she is teaching as an Associate Professor at National University. In 2004, she started a review center committed to helping graduate nurses pass NCLEX the first time. Her passion reaches out to the diverse needs of international nursing graduates who speak English as a second language. Overtime, graduates who speak English as first language also found success after attending her review sessions. Her strong nursing background as a staff nurse, nurse manager, and professor in nursing served as a benchmark in helping nurses develop clinical reasoning.
