Pierre the Hare

This little book describes some remarkable and true episodes involving a small blue Dutch rabbit. We have had many pet rabbits over the years, but never did any of these animals display a personality even remotely comparable to Pierre the Hare. A sense of humor, boldness, anger, jealousy, and a finely tuned aptitude for spatial relationsimagine all of these behavioral traits in a little rabbit!

Story Redfield lived in Asheville, North Carolina, and Palm Beach, Florida, where he was employed as a securities broker. His passion was sculling, where he won three national championships in the masters class. Pierre the Hare was a highly entertaining animal with an extraordinary personality.

Redfield now lives in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
