Collection of Poetry
by Lisa Clingan

The poems in this book are special. They have been written from my own heart and soul. There are poems written for family, friends, and those living in nursing homes, and from the 9/11 tragedies. I hope you will love the poems I have written. They are dedicated to my family and friends, who encouraged me to publish them. I wrote them for my Great-Grandma Pearl. She was the best I could ever ask to have.

Some of these poems were a little harder to write. The easiest poem to write was the one for those living in nursing homes. I am currently working on some more poems for family, friends, and coworkers.

My poems came about when I was in high school. My English teacher Mrs. Hines showed me different ways I can write.
