About the Author

Russian-born Anatoly Rozenblat has worked as a seaman operational ships mechanic, a scientist and marine engineer. He received a fundamental technical and arts education in Marine and Manufacturing Engineering. As the independent Scientist and Inventor he participated in the US SBA Program (NASA Energy. Etc.). Many of his new innovations were described by NCIO in USA. He was also invited on 26th, 27th and 28th Israel Conferences on Mechanical Engineering on 1996, 1998, 2000 years.
